Do I need to book an appointment, or can I just paw right in?
Bookings are mandatory, because we follow a “one pet at a time” spa rule. 🐾 This way, your floof gets our undivided attention—no queues, no chaos, just VIP (Very Important Pet) treatment.
How long will my floof be with you?
Usually 1–3 hours, depending on size, coat condition, and diva demands. (Yes, we’re looking at you, poodles.)
Can I stay and watch?
We love pet parents, but pets behave better without their humans giving them “the look.” Sit back, relax, maybe grab a coffee—we’ll send you a glam pic if you want. 📸
What if my pet is a matted mess?
No judgment—life happens. But heavy matting takes extra time and TLC, so additional charges may apply.
Any tips before I drop my pet off?
A potty break is always a good idea. Don’t bring them on a full tummy. And yes, belly rubs are on the house when they arrive. 🐶💖
